  • Chaired business unit leadership of data services.  This business unit included departments focused on client development, new business development, account management, sales, operations, analytics & visualization, software engineering, data maintenance & data quality assurance, master data management, database development & management, and campaign management & execution.

  • Focused on data and technology innovation & integration across organization with initial evaluation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

  • Provided company-wide leadership for project management office, information technology, physical and logical security, data governance, business process improvement, business intelligence, and software engineering in collaboration with enterprise stakeholders.

  • Creator and contributor of company marketing, branding, presentations, go-to-market strategies, request for proposals (RFP), request for information (RFI), and content development to support new business development in client acquisition and establish the company brand.

  • Directed bottom-line factors to meet company financial objectives and data-driven strategic direction, including company vision, long-range strategic planning, product management, software development processes, digital transformation, and solution integration across multiple lines of business.

  • Defined organizational structure, overseeing major pricing decision-making with a strategic and analytical approach, performing monthly revenue forecasts, monthly sales forecasting, financial reporting and evaluation of company results through developed metrics, and providing cross-functional management.

  • Named executive sponsor working with the client c-level executives and provided technology innovation support for entry into identity solutions in United States which secured a multi-year contract with large northwestern state for driver’s license and state ID programs.

  • Led research, technology roadmap, selection of vendors and vendor relationship management, financial planning and negotiation, vendor negotiation, project management, hardware installation, contractors and professional services, data migration, application migration, user acceptance testing, and final deployment for two large IT infrastructure projects in past five years.

  • Served as executive sponsor and technology leader for the design and agile development of state-of-the-art card fulfillment software as a service platform.

  • Established and directed the teams to develop and certify the policies and procedures that led to successful certifications of business continuity and security compliance in PCI physical and logical standards by Card Brands (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover), GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA; SOC, ISO 27001:2013, and GSMA Security Accreditation Scheme.

  • Directed the teams involved in the 34+ third-party audits per year to maintain security and quality certifications.

  • Built and led as the senior executive a consultancy practice located in Chennai, India.  This consultancy developed and supported the following as an example:

    • Technology for a large credit card manufacturer located in India

    • Card Personalization platform utilized in India and the United States that was a driver to $30 million USD annually

    • Application development specific to data management and data quality assurance that supported a $4.2 million USD annual revenue client of the Data Services business unit

  • Aided in the startup of B2B cooperative database and multichannel marketing company.

  • Developed business plan, business strategy, and marketing plan for Fintech startup ensuring that security requirements and regulations were addressed.  In addition, performed requirements gathering, hiring, mentoring, legal review, competitive analysis, GTM initiatives, defined training, and defined business development role including strategy leadership and performance management.
